Health: Strongly supports Dirigo Health Plan, and as owner/operator of Northern Pines Health Retreat for many years she is an active campaigner for prescription drug plan reforms and finding a way to provide affordable and beneficial health care to all Maine residents.

Environment: A Saco River Corridor Commissioner, she campaigns for laws ensuring clean air, clean water and preserving Maine's natural resources so all Mainers can enjoy our outdoors. She works with the Mountain Division Rails and Trails to restore not only the heritage railroads of Maine, but to develop hiking and cycling paths in the rail right of way.

Education: Advocating for the Oxford County Retired Teachers Association she works to ensure the State and Federal Governments pay their fair share of education and retirement costs.

Economy: Working to create jobs and improve equity in the business tax structure, she is the voice of experience: operating a Maine based business for 24 years she understands the problems facing both start up new businesses and the struggles of established small businesses to survive. An active member of 3 local Chamber of Commences she understands the needs of local businesses.

Water for Maine: Speaking out for preservation and management of aquifers.
